There are many ways to find paid work as a performer, most commonly through securing a reputable agent or manager.

To reach that point, you need to be competitive with other singers offering their services. This means investing in the best training you can afford and seeking guidance from experienced professionals within the industry.

Red flag: you should never pay for representation. Legitimate agents and managers earn a percentage of your work, not a flat fee.

HOW CAN I STOP BEING AFRAID WHEN I'M ASKED QUESTIONS IN AN INTERVIEW?

It can indeed be very daunting to face an interview panel, which is why you should be so well prepared that you are less likely to make mistakes when responding. If you do make a mistake, it is important to know how to take control and correct the situation.
